Diamond Pads Factory manufactures and sells professional-grade industrial diamond polishing and grinding tools. Due to the nature of abrasive tooling, our return policy reflects industry-standard practices for B2B and professional-use products.

Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy (Global)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for all standard stock products globally. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return: email info@diamondpadsfactory.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will respond within 1 business day.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Purchases Only)

For individual retail consumers located within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under EU regulations.

  • B2B & Bulk Order Exemption: This 14-day cooling-off period DOES NOT apply to Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions, commercial wholesale, or wholesale bulk purchases.
  • Customized Products: Custom specifications, OEM products, or diamond tools manufactured to custom requirements are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: For any qualified 14-day consumer return, the buyer is fully responsible for paying the return international shipping costs to our warehouse in China.

Return Conditions
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Any item that has been opened, installed, or shows signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped

Used or partially used abrasive pads cannot be returned, as wear patterns vary by operator technique and surface conditions.

Custom & OEM Orders — No Returns
All custom-manufactured products (private label, custom grit sequences, or OEM orders) are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun. Exceptions apply only if a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. International bank processing times may vary.
