Diamond Pads Factory manufactures and sells professional-grade industrial diamond polishing and grinding tools. Due to the nature of abrasive tooling, our return policy reflects industry-standard practices for B2B and professional-use products.

Returns & Refunds

Standard products: unused items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Defective or damaged items: contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos or video and your order number. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. For verified defects, we cover return shipping.

Custom & OEM products: custom specifications, OEM/private-label products, and tools made to your requirements are non-returnable for change of mind. If a custom item is defective or does not match the approved specification, contact us within 14 days of delivery; we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns: flat USD 35.
